The Iris Connect Week is designed to serve as a bridge for those who have completed the Iris Global online training or a Harvest School of Missions.
This intensive 5-day program will deepen participants’ connection to the DNA of Iris Global, foster meaningful relationships with ministry location leaders, and provide clarity and preparation for their calling in missions. With interactive lessons from Iris location leaders around the world, breakout sessions, and a focus on connection, Iris Connect is positioned to empower participants to take the next step in their journey of faith and service to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and His great commission. -
This is not just another Harvest School or online class. The defining feature is CONNECTION.
This missions intensive is about championing you. Coaching, cheering, and walking alongside you. It’s about releasing, empowering, and commissioning you into action with the confirmation that God is sending you.
Through open dialogue (not monologue), participants can feel safe to:
- Ask questions
- Discuss their dreams and visions
- Engage in discipleship and community. This can’t just be another event or a repeat of Harvest School or the online program. It must go deeper, creating a unique environment for connection, empowerment, and activation.
The end of the school should give everyone a CALL TO ACTION with information, resources, and support to take the next steps for visiting, serving, or pioneering a new ministry location. -
Interactive Format: Sessions will prioritize dialogue over monologue, ensuring participants actively engage with the material and speakers.
Lunch Provided
Each lunch break a meal will be provided on-site to better facilitate connection.
Breakout Sessions: Modeled like "Back Porch" discussions, these small groups will offer space for processing personal calling and purpose.
Champion Groups: Focused smaller groups for mentorship and encouragement.

“If you are called as a missionary—a “sent-out one”—then you are called to comfort those who mourn. You are called to love the broken until they understand God’s love—a love that never dies—through you.”
— HEIDI BAKER
